IT WAS an exciting two-day meeting on November 29-30 at Malcolm Square Plaza for the “Cordillera-Japan Culture and Arts Festival: The Rebirth of the Shogun”, fostering bonds and friendship between two cultures Asian! It was fun to see young and old alike dress up with the characters they love. It was also a place of creativity, as artists can express themselves through arts, crafts and skills.

The event was educational because the public was able to discover and immerse themselves in Japanese and Cordillera cultures. It was a showdown of spirit and talent in a series of friendly competitions. In addition, it was a heartwarming event as the donation projects (Share a toy, share the joy), the chosen beneficiaries were part of the objectives of the event.

The event was spiced up by the ever-cheerful host Totoy Bugoy. The community will surely look forward to this kind of event in the years to come.
